Traumatic injuries are the most common cause of brachial plexus lesions in children and adults. There many causes such as accidents, falls prolonged pressure. asphyxia (TA) is a rare but serious clinical syndrome. Rarely, lesion may develop after TA it extremely children. The injury patients without posttraumatic nerve root avulsion has not yet been fully explained. In this case report, we present child with neurological damage following which very literature.
